• Studied Computer Science at the National University of Mongolia
• Completed a doctorate in linguistic sciences
• Worked for many years at the Science and Technology Information Centre of Mongolia and at the Mongolian Patent and Trade Mark Office as a trade mark specialist
• Has been working for EUROMARKPAT since 1999
