Your profile:
•   A successfully completed degree in one of the above mentioned fields of study
•   Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
•   An interest in technical and legal business
•   Willingness to familiarize yourself with the field of patent, trademark and design law
•   Pleasure in working with domestic and foreign clients

Your responsibilities:
•   Support in counselling our clients in the field of intellectual property
•   Technical assessment of inventions
•   Carrying out searches
•   Drafting new patent applications
•   Supporting the partners in legal proceedings before the Patent Offices and courts (such as invalidation or cancellation proceedings)
