Since 2006 we have been able to represent our clients directly in all intellectual property matters in Estonia. Head of our office in Tallinn is Mrs. Ljubov Kesselman.

Mrs. Kesselman is a graduate from Moscow Technological Institute of Light Industry as a chemist - process engineer (1969); she has also graduated from the Moscow Patent Institute (1978). Since 1980 she worked for the patent department in the Institute of "Tehnoprojekt" in the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Local Industry. Since 1994 she has been the executive manager of patent bureau Kesna (since 2006 cooperation partner of "EUROMARKPAT").

She is the member of the Estonian Patent Attorneys’ Association and of INTA.

Marina Kesselman is a graduate from Tallinn Technical University. She has worked for patent bureau Kesna since 1997.  (since 2006 cooperation partner of "EUROMARKPAT").

Liisi has graduated from Tartu University Faculty of Law in 2010. She has been an active participant in the activities of an international students association ELSA (European Law Students Association) and was their Vice President of Seminars and Conferences organizing several international conferences in cooperation with, amongst others, state institutions and NATO. Before starting work at patent bureau Kesna, she was an intern in a law firm and also worked at the Tallinn Court of Appeal.

Liisi started working for the patent bureau Kesna (cooperation parter of "EUROMARKPAT") as a lawyer/assistant Patent Attorney in 2008.
